Grief Book – Memoir – Self Help – loss – Bereavement

Begun in the first few weeks after his death, this is an angry, sweary book of after-life marital arguments with Tish’s late husband and his negotiations with her to re-engage with community. Covering the first four years of widowhood, Tish shares the pain of grief and loss, sometimes comedic and trials in her journey so far. She calls on her experience as a person-centred counsellor to assess her progress along her grief journey, adjusting to loss and finding her feet again in what she calls, Widowland.
